I had a long 14 mile run last Sunday, and I think it just about killed me. I’m not sure if I didn’t hydrate properly or if it had something to do with leaving the run until the end of the day, but it just didn’t go well. I ran slow, and everything, even my toes, felt heavy.
The only thing that went well on this run was that I had timed (well, actually it was Christi’s idea) the run perfectly to get the photographer’s “magic light” that seems to happen for a little while at sundown and sunrise every clear day. Here are a few shots I managed to capture.
