Today I went for a 7 mile run and finished in just under an hour. It was a great run, and I’m really surprised at how good I felt despite not being on the road running all week due to the ice and snow. It also seems funny that ice and snow kept me from running, when the high today was 74! Tomorrow will be 80, and I’m planning my 13 miler in the morning.
This afternoon we went to the Swift Creek Elementary Winter Carnival. The kids had a great time, and I volunteered to watch the obstacle course from 2 to 4.
