Ok, I’m going to look like a Joel fanboy after this one…He’s got another really interesting article over at Autoblog.
Kia did a study of drivers and found that most people think they can drive better than their spouse, and 20% would consider divorce if thier spouse critisized their skills.
This is interesting to me because we’re hitting the road this weekend. It’s a short road trip, just down to North Carolina’s outer banks. After the drive across the country a couple of years ago, I think we both learned the lesson that Kia needed a study to figure out: If your relationship is going to survive the road trip, keep your opinions to yourself!
The other thing I find interesting and intriguing about this article: the image Joel chose to accompany it. How the heck did he find that picture? What made him remember a 9 year old movie that wasn’t that good? I mean, it wasn’t bad, but I just couldn’t get into it. Have you figured it out yet? It’s Kurt Russel and Kathleen Quinlan in the movie Breakdown.
On the road again? Keep yer mouth shut!
