I wondered where the next article about this was going to come from…
I tend to agree with the study Joel mentions (it was a AAA study, if I remember right). Distractions are distractions are distractions. It doesn’t matter if you are talking on the phone or changing the stereo. If it distracts you from driving, that’s not cool. I’m not just talking about taking your eyes off the road or you hands off the wheel–if it takes your MIND off the road, that gets dangerous.

The Virginia Legislature is one of the latest to jump on this bandwagon.
